Thanks to the Birches vintage club for inviting me along on your day trip to Mount Stewart. It was a great day out and the feed on the way home was excellent. Thanks Keith for arranging that.cheers Ryan

There are no stipulations for the age a vehicle has to be to join the club. You don't even have to have a car, tractor, etc to join the club. If you have an interest in the vintage / classic scene, then feel free to join.

we ask for a full attendance for the October meeting as this will be something of an occasion. MacMillan Support Group will be presented with a cheque as a result of an excellent season. there will be news of another similar event to take place. Plus planning our next Charity Night will commence

Stephen Atkinson, an exceptional Model Maker, gave a demonstration and talk on his achievements in model making, to a capacity audience of members and guests at the November meeting. Everyone present was in awe at the quality of this man's work and abilities. When photos are available they will be posted on this site

The Members and their guests, twenty in all, who turned up experienced an excellent coach trip on saturday 27/10/2007. Coach and Driver from B&C Coaches were top class, couldn't have been better. A visit to the Guinness Brewery came first and was followed by a visit to a commercial vehicle museum in Howth. Regardless of reports to the contrary no one was under the influence of alcohol, but all were in high spirits and enjoying the trip, hic. Late evening saw us headed for home, tired and hungry. The hungry part was sorted, extremely well, by a visit to the Monasterboice Inn. The food there was really good. The journey home was as trouble free as the rest of the day. All in all a very good day. I don't know why we don't do more of this type of activity.
